  •     因為畢業論文買了此書 把兩千多道中文菜名兼英譯全分析了個遍... 畢竟官方出版 翻譯高度非常人企及 基於交集翻譯理論 英譯的菜名算是TL reader-centered 但同時也導致翻譯過程中 中國文化的缺失 總言之 官方出版的唯一性使得它是中式菜名英譯研究領域的首選

  •     如题,现在应该不再有那么多“四个快乐的肉球”(四喜丸子)类的翻译了,书后附送了一张光盘,打开是个PDF文件,先前在网上下了个20几M的PDF版,先睹为快了,现在收藏了一本纸质版的,这个光盘里的PDF是带语音的,点一下菜名可以听到先中文后英文的真人发音,很周到,电子版的关键好处是方便查找菜名,纸质版的查询不方便,可以在电子版的中查找到该菜对应的序号在看书。
  •     除了书的纸张感觉不是很高档外,其他内容上挺好的
  •     买着慎重,只是把菜单翻译成了英文,并没有讲述,只有非常少而浅显的几页介绍完全是餐馆的菜单。
